Teresa E. Fowler, MD
Teresa Fowler, MD, MSc, MPH, is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Georgia Tech. She completed medical school at Mercer University in Savannah, Georgia before moving to Augusta for internship and ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Georgia. She recently completed her two-year vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at Palmetto Retina Center from 2024 to 2026. Outside of retina, Dr. Fowler enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
